Bermuda Press (Holdings) Limited Announces Change of Directors
Following the death of Dr. E.S.D. Ratteray on 9th February 2003 and the resignation of J. Michael Collier with effect from 30th July 2003, the Board of Directors has appointed Carl Paiva and Christopher Swan as Directors of Bermuda Press (Holdings) Limited.
The appointments of Mr. Paiva and Mr. Swan were also effective as of 30th July 2003.
