Hamilton, Bermuda: 20 August 2003 - KeyTech Limited (KEY.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Mr. E. John Sainsbury has been appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman by the KeyTech Board. Mr. Colin Williams who was previously Deputy Chairman is continuing to serve as a Director.
