Bermuda Bakery Limited Skips Dividend Payment
Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 August 2003 - The Bermuda Bakery Limited (BAKE.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that in order to conserve cash reserves and to facilitate the new restructuring plan, the Board of Directors has decided that no dividend will be paid for the second quarter of the year.
