Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 August 2003 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) was advised today by the Bermuda Bakery Limited (BAKE.BH) that at a meeting of the Board of Directors, which was held on 14th August 2003, Mr. Peter A. S. Pearman was appointed a Director of the Company to fill an existing casual vacancy. Mr. Pearman is an associate in the Trust Department of Conyers Dill & Pearman.
