KeyTech Ltd. Appoint s New Director Of Human Resources

Hamilton, Bermuda: 23 September 2003 - Phillip S. Harris is the new Director of Human Resources for the KeyTech Group of Companies. He started his post on September 15, 2003. In his position, Mr. Harris is responsible for providing the strategic direction, shared employee services and consistent HR system for the KeyTech Group of Companies.

Mr. Harris says "I am very excited to have the opportunity to work with a communications organization as progressive and influential as the KeyTech group of companies. With its many talented employees, Keytech is helping to shape the landscape of telecommunications in Bermuda and I look forward to making a positive contribution to its continued success".

Mr. Harris, a Bermudian, brings extensive experience in both Human Resources and the local Telecommunications industry. Mr. Harris earned his degree in Electronics and Engineering Communications from Chelmsford University in the United Kingdom and began his career as an engineer at Cable and Wireless Bermuda Limited. Mr. Harris attained his Master Business Administration and Human Resources at The University of the West Indies. Mr. Harris' experience in Human Resources includes Head of Human Resources, Cable and Wireless Bermuda Limited and Global HR Coordinator, the Bank of Bermuda Limited.

Mr. Harris is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, and the Bermuda Human Resources Association.
