New Chief Executive Officer For Mobility Limited

Hamilton, Bermuda: 23 September 2003 - Mr. Lloyd Fray is the new Chief Executive Officer for Mobility Limited. He started in his new role on September 4th. . In taking on this position, Mr. Fray's says "I will be providing leadership and strategic direction for the overall operation of Mobility Limited. I will also make it my focus to develop the vision and strategies for achieving the company's organizational goals".

Mr. Fray, a Bermudian, brings extensive experience in Human Resources and the local Telecommunications industry. Mr. Fray comes to Mobility Limited from IAS PARK (formerly Mutual Risk Management) where he held the position of Vice President, Director of Information Technology where he was responsible for all aspects of technology for the MRM Group of Companies with over 200 employees locally and 250 world-wide. Prior to this, Mr. Fray was the Manager of Network Services for Quantum Communications Ltd.

Mr. Fray is qualified as a Certified Network Engineer (Novell Networking) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He attended the Institute of Certified Computing Professionals. He is qualified in multiple systems, including UNIX, Wang VS1000, Digital VMS, AS/400 - OS/400 (Cobol, RPG, Client Access), and Burroughs (UNISYS) RMS Operating Systems as well as Cisco (Advance), Sun Net Manager, and Network General (Sniffer) Network monitoring and diagnoses.
