Hamilton, Bermuda: 6 October 2003 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the voluntary withdrawal from listing of the Tranche 1 of Series 2 Notes, which matured on 30th September 2003.

The withdrawal from listing on the BSX was effective as of 30th September 2003.

The Exchange was also advised that the SSV No. 1 Pty Limited changed its auditors from KPMG to Ernst & Young on 14th May 2003.
