Conexys Corporation Limited Withdraws From Listing On BSX
Hamilton, Bermuda: 9 October 2003 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the voluntary withdrawal from listing of Conexys Corporation Limited (CXYS.BH). The de-listing was granted pursuant to the Resolutions passed by the Shareholders of the Company at its Special General Meeting held on 22 May, 2003 at which the Shareholders approved Resolutions to voluntarily withdraw the Company's listing and to authorize the Directors to wind-up the Company.
The withdrawal from listing will be effective immediately.
