Hamilton, Bermuda: 15 October 2003 - LOM (Holdings) Limited (LOM) has today informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that on 13 October 2003 the Company repurchased 64,000 of its Common Shares at a price of $2.00 per share.

Furthermore, the Company advised that the repurchased shares have been cancelled.
