Hamilton, Bermuda: 15 October 2003 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has been advised of the decision by Bermuda International Investment Management Limited ("BIIML") to terminate the Investment Advisory Agreement with Banque Notz Stucki S.A. ("Notz Stucki") for the All Points Fund Of Funds Limited (Alternative Class Shares) with effect from the close of business on 1st October, 2003.

BIIML will assume the day-to-day responsibility for the selection of investments with respect to the Fund.
