BSX Approves Listing of up to 4,800,000 Participating Redeemable Preference Shares of Octane Liquid

Hamilton, Bermuda: 20 October 2003 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of up to 4,800,000 Participating Redeemable Preference Shares of Octane Liquid Fund Ltd. (the "Fund") divided equally between Class A and B.

The Fund was incorporated on 14 February 2003 under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and is classified as a Professional Fund under the Mutual Funds Act 1996.

The Fund has been established as a fund to funds structure and will invest its assets primarily in Octane Gamma Limited, Octane Invest Fund Ltd. and Octane Value Limited (collectively the "Octane Funds"). The Investment strategy of the Fund is to seek long term capital appreciation by investing its assets primarily among the Octane Funds which seek diversified investment opportunities primarily in the global equity, debt, commodity or currency markets.

Continental Sponsors Ltd. sponsored the listing of the Class A and B Participating Redeemable Preference Shares of the Fund. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for Restricted Marketing.
