Hamilton, Bermuda: 30 October 2003 - The Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd., (BPH.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Mr. S. Arthur Morris has resigned as Director of the Company effective 29th October 2003.

In addition, Mr. Dudley R. Cottingham has been appointed Director of the Company effective on the same day.
