Devonshire Industries Releases Interim Six Month Report
Results for the six-month period ending September 30, 2003 show that net income has increased by 17.8% over the previous year. This increase was due to a combination of a successful Spring Sale and the addition of the remarketing of the Company's roofing products to the revenue line. The overall picture for the remaining six months looks about the same as the last six months.
The report states revenue for the first six months of 2003 was $1,452,692 as compared with $1,344,119 for the same period last year. Net Income for the period was $244,586, up from $200,826 in 2002. Earnings per share were $0.56, as compared with $0.46 last year and dividends per share declared and paid for the period remained at $0.50.
