Hamilton, Bermuda: 12 December 2003 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the de-listing of KeyTech Limited's 8% Cumulative Redeemable Convertible Preferred Shares (KEYP.BH). The de-listing has occurred pursuant to the redemption of all the outstanding Preferred Shares by KeyTech Limited on 15 November 2003.
