Lombard Odier Invest and Lombard Odier Obliflex Withdraw Sub Funds From BSX Listing

Hamilton, Bermuda: 2 January 2004 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has today announced the voluntary withdrawal from listing of the following six sub funds of Lombard Odier Invest Fund Limited: Easter European Fund Class A, European Fund Class A, European Small and Mid Caps Fund Class A, Japan Small and Mid Caps Class A, North America Fund Class A and Pacific Rim Fund Class A.

The Exchange has also announced the voluntary withdrawal from listing of the following four sub funds of Lombard Odier Obliflex Fund Limited: Convertible Fund A (USD), Multicurrency Bond Fund A (USD), USD Bond Fund A, and USD Short Term Bond Fund A.

The withdrawal from listing was made pursuant to the merger between Lombard Odier & Cie and Darier Hentsch and Cie.
