The Phoenix Funds Appoint New Director
Hamilton, Bermuda: 8 January 2004 - Phoenix Global Funds Limited (PHOGLBA.BH) and Phoenix Capital Reserve Fund Limited (PHOCAPR.BH) (each a "Fund") has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Patrice van den Esch has been appointed as a director of each Fund with effect as of 18 December 2003.
