Tyco International Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

PEMBROKE, Bermuda (Jan. 23, 2004) - The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC, BSX: TYC) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of one and one quarter cents per common share. The dividend is payable May 3, 2004 to shareholders of record April 1, 2004.
