Hamilton, Bermuda: 30 January 2004 - The Directors of Schroder Offshore U.S. Dollar Bond Fund Limited ("the Company") have advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that the Class B and LIBOR PLUS Units of the Fund will, for the purposes of valuations, subscriptions and redemptions, be changing their Dealing Days from Wednesday and Thursday respectively in each week and the last Business Day of each month to each Business Day effective 2 February 2004
