Hamilton, Bermuda: 18 February 2004 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the de-listing of The Bank of Bermuda Limited (BOB.BH) pursuant to the Exchange having received formal notification of the amalgamation of the Bank with HSBC Holdings plc through HSBC's wholly owned subsidiary Somers Investment Company Limited.
