Hamilton, Bermuda: 20 February, 2004 - Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited (BCB.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the resignation of its Legal Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, Ms. Amani Lawrence, effective immediately.
