LOM (Holdings) Limited Notifies Exchange Of Exercise Of Options

Hamilton, Bermuda: 9 March 2004 - Pursuant to BSX Regulations 6.3(3) LOM (Holdings) Limited (the "Company") has today informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that under its Employee Share Option Plan on 8th March 2004 the Directors of the Company exercised 75,000 options at a price of $3.00 each.

Further, pursuant to BSX Regulation 6.3(3) the Company has informed the Bermuda Stock Exchange that under its Employee Share Option Plan on 8th March 2004 an employee of LOM Services Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, has exercised 10,000 options at a price of $3.50 each.
