Permanent Value Group Of Funds Withdraw From BSX Listing

Hamilton, Bermuda: 29 March 2004 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the below noted Permanent Value Group of Funds voluntarily withdrew from listing effective 29 March 2004. The withdrawal from listing was made pursuant to a resolution of the shareholders of certain Funds and certification by a Director that other Funds had not commenced operations.

Permanent Value Group - Global Wealth Management Principal Protected Guaranteed Return - (PERWWMI.BH),

Permanent Value Group - International Equity Principal Protected Guaranteed Return - (PEREIBI.BH),
