Fleming Leveraged Emerging Markets Portfolio Withdraws From BSX Listing

Hamilton, Bermuda: 12 April 2004 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the Fleming Leveraged Emerging Markets Portfolio (FLEMPLI OS) voluntarily withdrew from listing effective 12 April 2004. The withdrawal from listing was made pursuant to a resolution of the Directors of the Fund and the placing of the Fund in voluntary liquidation.
