Long Botham Boats Company Issues Six Month Report

Hamilton, Bermuda: 15 April 2004 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has received a six-month report from Long Botham Boats Limited for the period ended 31 December 2003.

In the report President and CEO W. Paul King stated that as of December 2003, the Company €˜s total assets stood at $6,618,058, up from $3,975,783 the year before. Revenues were also up from $2,731,303 to $4,334,306. Net income for the period was $478,797 as compared with the previous years total of $425,192.

Earnings per share were $0.96 up from $0.85 in 2002.
