BSX Approves Listing of up to 4,999,000 Participating Shares of the Aurum Isis Plus Euro Fund Ltd.
The Fund was incorporated in Bermuda on 5 December 2003 and is classified as a Bermuda Standard Scheme under the Bermuda Monetary Authority Collective Investment Scheme Regulations. The Fund was listed on the Irish Stock Exchange on 30 January 2004 and achieved a secondary listing on the BSX effective 3 March 2004.
Aurum Isis Plus Dollar Fund Ltd, Aurum Isis Plus Euro Fund Ltd and Aurum Isis Plus Sterling Fund Ltd (the Feeder Funds) will invest solely apart from the currency hedging strategy to protect their value in base currency terms from currency fluctuations into Aurum Isis Plus Fund Ltd (the Master Fund) whose objective is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing either directly, or indirectly through selected funds or investment managers, in a strategically determined mix of global fixed income securities, equity securities, derivative securities, currencies and other investment assets with an emphasis on long term growth. Where investment is made by the Master Fund into other funds, these funds will be relevant to the investment strategy of the Master Fund, will be in a variety of legal forms and may be located anywhere in the world.
Continental Sponsors Ltd sponsored the listing of the Participating Shares of the Fund. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for General Marketing.
