BSX Cancels Listing of Metyor Inc.
Hamilton, Bermuda: 19 April 2004 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the cancellation of the listing of Metyor Inc (MTYR.BH). The cancellation of the listing was made pursuant to BSX Listing Regulations 2.24 (1) and (4). The issuer had failed to comply with the Listing Regulations in that it had failed to pay its annual listing fees and the issuer was also considered no longer suitable for listing as a result of it having been struck off the BVI Register of Companies.
