Hamilton, Bermuda: 26th April 2004 - Scott Lines, the Managing Director of LOM (Holdings) Limited has today advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the following:

"On behalf of the Board of Directors of LOM Holdings Limited I am pleased to advise our shareholders that on 1st June 2004, LOM will pay its first regular half yearly dividend of 5 cents per share to shareholders of record on the 25th May 2004."
