HAMILTON, Bermuda, 5 July 2004 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has today announced that at a Board of Directors' Meeting for the All Points Managed Portfolios Limited held on 24th June, 2004, the Directors declared a dividend, record date 27th June, 2004 ex dividend date 28th June and pay date 14th January 2004 as follows:

USD Balanced Portfolio USD 0.32 per share

USD Income & Growth Portfolio USD 0.79 per share
