Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd Announces Change
Hamilton, Bermuda: 13 July 2004 - Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that it has retained The Bank of New York (BONY) as its new transfer agent and registrar for its common shares listed on the NYSE, replacing their former transfer agent and registrar, EquiServe Trust Company N.A. ("EquiServe") The replacement of EquiServe by BONY is scheduled to take effect as of Monday, 2 August 2004, the first trading day of August 2004.
