BSX Approves Listing of up to 4,999,000 Participating Shares of CAM Bastion Rand Fund Ltd.

The Fund was incorporated in Bermuda on 8 June 2004 and is registered as a Bermuda Standard Scheme under the Bermuda Monetary Authority (Collective Investment Scheme Classification) Regulations 1998.

At the request of shareholders, the CAM Bastion Funds were reorganized in June 2004 to provide different classes of Participating Shares denominated in currencies other than US dollars. In order to achieve this, a new Master Fund was created called CAM Bastion Fund, the existing CAM Bastion Fund was renamed the CAM Bastion Dollar Fund and the CAM Bastion Rand Fund was formed.

CAM Bastion Rand Fund and CAM Bastion Dollar Fund (the Feeder Funds) will invest solely apart from the currency hedging strategy to protect their value in base currency terms from currency fluctuations into the CAM Bastion Fund (the Master Fund) whose objective is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing either directly, or indirectly through selected funds or investment managers, in a strategically determined mix of global fixed income securities, equity securities, derivative securities, currencies and other investment assets with an emphasis on long-term growth. Where investment is made by the Master Fund into other funds, these funds will be relevant to the investment strategy of the Master Fund, will be in a variety of legal forms and may be located anywhere in the world.

Continental Sponsors Ltd. sponsors the listing of the Participating Shares of the CAM Bastion Rand Fund Ltd. The securities are being listed under the Listing Regulations for Collective Investment Schemes and the provisions for General Marketing.
