Hamilton, Bermuda: 23 July 2004 - Argus Insurance Company Limited (ARGUS.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that at an Annual General Meeting held Thursday, 22nd July 2004, the following eleven persons were re-elected as Directors:

Further Mr. David W. Pugh was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company with effect from 1st August 2004, replacing Mr. David C. Carruthers, who will retire from Argus Group on 31st July 2004.
