Hamilton, Bermuda: 27 July 2004 - KeyTech Limited (KEY.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Mr. Glen Smith has been appointed to the Board of Directors.

Mr. John Sainsbury has retired from the KeyTech Board of Directors and Mr. Roderick A. Ferguson III is now Vice-Chairman of the Board.
