Masters Limited Advises BSX Of Increase In Holding Of Majority Shareholder
Hamilton, Bermuda: 16 August 2004 - Masters Limited (the "Company") (MSTR.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that as a result of the recent rights issue by the Company, Bermuda Management Holdings Limited, who underwrote the rights issue, acquired an additional 40,557 shares of the Company representing 3.09% of the total number of shares outstanding, exclusive of their entitlement under the rights issue.
