PVAXX Retains Financial Dynamics for Corporate Communications Project and as Investor Relations Advi

Hamilton, Bermuda: 24 August 2004 - PVAXX Ltd., a commercial materials sales corporation, today announced that it has retained Financial Dynamics (FD), a full-service business communications firm, to provide corporate communications and investor relations advisory services on an initial basis.

Headquartered in Hamilton, Bermuda and Dublin, Ireland, PVAXX Ltd. is an emerging market leader in the manufacture and sale of pallets for use in the shipping and logistics industries. Utilizing proprietary technology, PVAXX's pallet products promise increased durability and re-usability at a competitive cost. The company recently broke ground on its first production facility, to be located in Bahrain, and has plans to break ground on additional production facilities at locations worldwide in the near future.
