Following the resignation of Catherine S. Lord and Linda Tucker effective 29th September 2004, the Board of Directors has appointed Keith R. F. Jensen and Paget J. E. Wharton as Directors of Bermuda Press (Holdings) Limited.
The appointments of Mr. Jensen and Mr. Wharton were also effective as of 29th September 2004.
