Alan Kershaw and the appointment of Mr. Gonzalo Jalles Director for the All Points Corporate Money Fund Limited, All Points Global Cash Fund Limited, All Points Fund of Funds Limited, All Points Absolute Return Funds Limited and All Points Managed Portfolios effective 23rd September 2004.
