Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 October 2004 - BCS Investments Ltd. (BCS.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on 21 October 2004, a resolution was passed for audited financial statements to be prepared as at 31 October 2004 in anticipation of placing the Company into voluntary liquidation. The Exchange has, as a result, suspended trading in the Company's listed securities.
