Hamilton, Bermuda: 17 November 2004 - Solar Enterprises Limited (SOLAR.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that at an Annual General Meeting of Members of the Company held on 15th November, 2004, Mr. James A. Pearman's resignation as President, Secretary and Director was tabled and as a result the following were elected as Directors:: -

Mr. Doulat Tolaram Mr. Robert Leadbitter Mr. Edward Doe

Mr. Neville Tite Mr. Peter Pearman

At the Meeting of the Board of Directors immediately following the AGM, the following were appointed Officers of the Company:-

Nicholas B. Dill - President & Secretary

Peter A. S. Pearman - Vice President

Miranda M.C. Fountain - Assistant Secretary
