"The Board of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it is in the early stages of reviewing strategic options in relation to the Company's Brazilian operations. The Board wishes to stress that no decisions have been reached and that a potential sale of any of the Brazilian businesses, or any part thereof, is only one of a number of options under consideration, which includes continuing as at present. A further announcement will be made if appropriate."
