BCB Extends Exercise Period Of Warrants And Options
Hamilton, Bermuda: 14th December 2004 - Bermuda Commercial Bank (BCB.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that at a General Meeting, of the Warrantholders and the Shareholders, held on 8th December 2004 the following has been approved:
· That the exercise period of the Bank's Warrants has been extended until 30th May, 2008
· That the exercise period of all of the Bank's Options has been extended for a further three year period
