Novy Neft II Limited Announces Purchase Of Shares And Correction
Hamilton, Bermuda: 15 December 2004 - The Directors of Novy Neft II Limited (the "Company") wish to advise that Shares bought back between the 10th and 14th December 2004 totaled 49,246 at a price of US$13.28 per Share, a discount to Net Asset Value.
Further to the announcement of 10 December 2004 regarding buy backs by the Company on 9 December, the Directors would like to inform shareholders that the price of US$13.00 per Share was incorrect and should have been US$13.22 per Share.
