Novy Neft Limited Announces Purchase Of Shares And Changes
Hamilton, Bermuda: 15 December 2004 -- The Directors of Novy Neft Limited (the "Company") wish to advise that Shares bought back between the 10th and 14th December 2004 totaled 75,327 at a price of US$18.43 per Share, a discount to Net Asset Value.
Further to the announcement of 10 December 2004 regarding buy backs by the Company on 9 December, the Directors would like to inform shareholders that the price of US$18.44 per Share was incorrect and should have been US$18.38 per Share.
