BSX Approves Listing of up to 1,350,183 Ordinary Shares of New Hibernia Investments Ltd.
Hamilton, Bermuda, 15 December 2004 - The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the approval of the listing of up to 1,350,183 Ordinary Shares of New Hibernia Investments Ltd. (the "Company").
The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 17 March 2004. New Hibernia Investments Ltd. (NHI) owns 100% of the share capital of Aberdeen Park Investments plc (a UK company) which in turn owns 100% of the share capital of Orinco Argentina SA, an Argentinean company registered in the province of Cordoba.
NHI, through Orinco Argentina SA, owns two productive farms in the Republic of Argentina - El Choquie and La Escondida. NHI does not engage in farming directly, but instead lets its farms on 1-2 year contracts.
First Bermuda Group Limited sponsored the listing of the Ordinary Shares of New Hibernia Investments Ltd.
The issue is being introduced for listing under the Restricted Marketing provisions of the Exchange and is for securities that are aimed at Qualified Investors, being individuals or institutions that invest either a minimum of $100,000 or otherwise meet one of the suitability tests defined by the Exchange.
