The Directors of KeyTech have declared a 1 for 10 share dividend for the holders of the common shares, to be issued fully paid by way of capitialization of reserves otherwise available for distribution (retained earnings). The record and payment date of the 1 for 10 share dividend for the common shares is 31st January 2005.
