PVAXX Limited Engages Andreae And Associates, Inc., Washington, D. C.

HAMILTON, BERMUDA, FRIDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2004 - PVAXX Ltd., a Bermuda based hi-tech commercial materials corporation (the "Company"), announced today that it has engaged Andreae & Associates, Inc., Washington, D.C. ("A&A") to assist with government relations and international business consulting.  Chip Andreae, President of A&A, stated that "A&A is delighted to forge a relationship with PVAXX as we work with their Senior Management in an effort to communicate effectively with government officials at the international, national and local levels.  We are grateful for the opportunity to be associated with PVAXX, and we believe they have a top-quality product that is both commercially exciting and environmentally sensitive."
