Hamilton, Bermuda: 22 December 2004 - Kentucky Fried Chicken (Bermuda) Limited (KFCB BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that in a private transaction, effective 2nd December 2004, Bermuda Management Holdings Limited (BMH) acquired 54,265 shares or 9.10% of KFC at a price of $4.00 per share from Regina Via Limited, which merged with Sonshel Limited, raising the shareholding of BMH in KFC to 37.78%.
