Island Press Advises Of Director's Increased Shareholding
Hamilton, Bermuda: 19th January 2005 - Island Press (Holdings) Limited (IPRS.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Mr. Randy French, a director of the Company, has acquired a total of a further 16,385 common shares of the Company.
As a result Mr. French has increased his holding by 3.32% of the issued common shares of the Company and this notification is given in compliance with the BSX Listing Regulations.
