Hamilton, Bermuda: 26 January 2005 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today announced the de-listing of BCS Investments Limited (BCS.BH) pursuant to the Exchange having received formal notification of the Resolutions passed by shareholders of the Company to withdraw from listing on the Exchange and to place the Company in Member's voluntary liquidation.
