Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited to Announce 2004 Year-End and Fourth Quarter Results on March 3, 2005

Hamilton, Bermuda: February 1, 2005 - Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (Aspen) (NYSE:AHL; BSX:AHL.BH) will release its 2004 year-end and fourth quarter financial results on Thursday, March 3, 2005, following the closing of the U.S. markets.  The Company will hold a conference call to discuss its financial results on Friday, March 4, 2004 at 8:30 a.m. (Eastern Time).

The conference call will be webcast live on the Investor section of Aspen's web site, which is located at www.aspen.bm.

Chris O' Kane, Chief Executive Officer, and Julian Cusack, Chief Financial Officer, will review Aspen's 2004 year-end and fourth quarter financial results.  Following their review, questions will be taken from registered analysts and investors.  The conference call is expected to last approximately one hour.
