Hamilton, Bermuda: 7th February 2005 - The Bermuda Press (Holdings) Ltd., (BPH.BH) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) that Mr. Peter N. Cooper has resigned as Director of the Company effective 4th February 2005.
In addition, Mr. Richard D. Spurling has been appointed Director of the Company effective on the same day.
